Do you or a loved one have an Immigration Court hearing coming up at Dallas Immigration Court? If so, here is some basic information about the Dallas Immigration Court:

The Dallas Immigration Court is located at 1100 Commerce St., Suite 1060, Dallas, TX, 75242 (it is on the 10th floor of the Earle Cabell Federal Building). It is open from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m on Monday thru Thursday and from 7:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Fridays.

There are currently six Immigration Judges at the Dallas Immigration Court. Their names and a brief description of the types of cases they hear are included below:

Xiomara D. Davis-Gumbs: Immigration Judge David-Gumbs primarily hears cases of those who are not detained.

  1. Wayne Kimball: Immigration Judge Kimball primarily hears cases of those who are not detained.

James A. Nugent: Immigration Judge Nugent hears cases for those who are detained by ICE at Prairieland Detention Center (in Alvarado, TX). Immigration Judge Nugent also hears cases for those who are not detained by Immigration.

Richard R. Ozmun: Immigration Judge Ozmun hears juvenile cases as well as cases for those who are not detained by Immigration.

Deitrich H. Sims: Immigration Judge Sims hear cases for those who are detained by ICE at Johnson County Detention Center (in Cleburne, TX). Immigration Judge Sims also hears cases for those who are not detained by Immigration.

Daniel Weiss: Immigration Judge Weiss primarily hears cases of those who are not detained.
